Project Partners

HESAPRO is delivered by a six-member consortium bringing together a university, a national ministry, and specialist occupational health and safety bodies from Turkey, France and Belgium. See the brief description for how their combined expertise shapes the project's objectives.

Coordinating institution

Çankaya University (Turkey)

The project's coordinating partner, responsible for overall management, quality assurance and reporting to the National Agency. Çankaya University contributes research capacity and academic oversight to the instrument design phase.

National authority partner

Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology of the Turkish Republic

Provides the policy and regulatory perspective, linking project outputs to national frameworks on occupational health and industrial productivity, and supporting dissemination to enterprises through its existing industry network.

Specialist partners

ANACT (France)

The French National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions contributes methodology on the working-conditions/performance relationship, drawing on its long-standing national programmes.

PREVENT (Belgium)

A Belgian occupational safety and wellbeing institute, PREVENT brings expertise in risk prevention frameworks and workplace training design used in the project's guides and leaflets.

SLCP

Contributes technical and sectoral expertise supporting the fieldwork and validation stages of the project's assessment instruments.

TTS

Supports training design and the transfer of project outputs into formats usable by vocational trainers and enterprise trainers across partner countries.

How the partnership works

As a Lifelong Learning Programme partnership project, HESAPRO operates through joint work packages rather than parallel national projects: each partner leads on the area matching its expertise while contributing to shared outputs. The full division of work and timeline is set out in the project overview.
