Çankaya University, HESAPRO's coordinating partner (see project partners), presented the project's early findings to an audience of SME representatives and vocational trainers at a productivity conference in Ankara.
What was presented
The session introduced the project's core aims and previewed early results from the Background Research report, focusing on the practical implications for SMEs rather than the underlying academic literature.
Audience response
Feedback from attending SME representatives strongly favoured the idea of a short self-assessment tool over a formal audit process — feedback the consortium later incorporated directly into the design brief for the project's instruments.
Follow-up
Several attending enterprises later volunteered for the piloting round described in the instrument piloting update. The consortium plans further dissemination events once the full guides and leaflets set is published.
