Six new guides and leaflets published

The HESAPRO consortium has published the first complete set of practical guides and leaflets, translating three years of research and piloting into short documents that managers and safety officers can act on directly.
What has been published
The six guides — Ergonomics on a Budget, Reading the Psychosocial Risk Indicator, Incident Reporting Without Blame, Making the Business Case Internally, Onboarding New Staff Safely, and the Manager's Quick Reference — are all available now on the guides and leaflets page.
Why these six topics
The selection reflects the domains that scored most consistently as improvement priorities during piloting of the project's self-assessment instruments. Rather than producing generic OHS material, the consortium chose to publish only guides tied directly to a measurable gap identified in real workplaces.
How to use them
Enterprises that have already completed a self-assessment should go straight to the guide matching their lowest-scoring domain. Enterprises that have not yet run an assessment can start with the Manager's Quick Reference, which maps each guide to the relevant part of the instruments.
What's next
Feedback on the guides will be collected over the coming months and may inform a second, expanded edition. In the meantime, the consortium is finalising a short evaluation report on the piloting phase — see the previous update on instrument piloting for background.
